One ear bud not working properly and there is no option to return or replace on website.I don't recommend very bad experience with NU Republic.

If it were possible I'd give 0 rating to this nonsense of product and company. First of all the support staff is there from Monday to Saturday 10:30 to 6 just like any other SBI branch you visit. Absolutely 0 customer care and service. The product itself took 6 days to reach my doorstep and the worst part if when I received the product it wasn't up to the mark. The left ear bud is not functioning at all and goes to sleep after few seconds being connected. I'm trying to reach the customer care for warranty but no appropriate response is being given . The chat support in WhatsApp is of no use just making fancy products with 0 quality and customer support seems to be the motto of NUrepublic. The left light of the earbud continuously glows blue from the moment I've recieved the product!! The invoice is not shared with the package nor can I find it in mail. Please don't buy this piece of crap
