Return and Refund Policy

Nu Republic believes in keeping its citizens happy and satisfied with every purchase they make on the website. To ensure you don’t face any issue with your product after purchase, we offer spontaneous customer service and if you want to go ahead with returning the product, we would request you to go through the Return and Refund Policy.
In keeping with Nu Republic’s goal of ensuring user satisfaction, this return and refund Policy , together with the terms and conditions, sets out Nu Republic’s procedures and policies in accepting product returns, once a product has been delivered to a user after purchase from the platforms. Any return of products by users shall be governed by and subject to the terms and conditions set out under this Return and Refund Policy.
Terms of Return and Refund

|Up to 72 hours after receiving the product – ONLY IF THERE IS APPARENT VISIBLE DAMAGE or ANY KEY-PRODUCT DEFECT.
- In the event where there is any manufacturing defect in the product (attributable to, and accepted by Nu Republic after due verification at its sole discretion), a User may initiate a request for returning the Product on the Platforms. The User shall initiate such requests for a return not later than (a) 72 (seventy two) hours from the date on which he/she received the delivery of the Product.
- While raising a request for return on the Platforms, the User shall have the option to seek a refund of the money paid by him/her towards the purchase of the Product. The User will be required to produce a copy of the original invoice at the time of placing a request for return or exchange of Products. The User shall ensure that the Product(s) being returned comply with the conditions set out under this Return and Refund Policy and are, among other conditions, unused, with all tags intact, all packaging material undamaged and unused. Such returned Product(s) should not carry stains or sweat. Nu Republic reserves the right to alter and enforce this Return and Refund Policy at any time without having to serve a prior notice on the User.
- A User is permitted to fully cancel orders prior to its dispatch from Nu Republic. Upon successfully placing an order on the Platforms and after Nu Republic has successfully handed over the Product(s) to its Logistic Partner (as defined in the Delivery Policy), the User will receive a unique tracking identity number, which will enable the User in tracking the status of delivery of the purchased Products. Prior to the dispatch of the purchased Products, should the user have any concern for dispatch and delivery, the user can raise the concern by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. In all events of cancellation, prior to the dispatch of the purchased Products, Nu Republic shall initiate refunds within 10 (ten) business days from the date on which it received the request from the User. The refund will reflect in the User’s bank account (subject to the policies of the User’s bank in case of bank account/credit card refunds) from the date on which Nu Republic initiates the refund. All refunds, except for refund to store credit, shall be subject to applicable charges as may be deducted by the User’s bank.
- For availing any service related to the product, the customer has to send the product to Nu Republic’s office address which will be provided to the customer by customer care executive. Initial shipping charges to be bared by the user.
Replacement for the product will be considered only in the case if there are any manufacturing defects in the product, stated as damage in control buttons, defect in accessories, no volume, charging port damaged, USB cable damaged. Any physical or liquid damage will not be considered while raising a replacement request. Nu Republic reserves all rights to reject a replacement post verifying the product of the mentioned issue. - In instance, the customer wants to replace the product with a product of lower value, the difference amount will not be refunded.
- Return of/or refund for purchased Products shall not be entertained by Nu Republic if:
- The Product has been used, Nu Republic shall reserve the right to reject the return of the Product;
- User doesn’t like the product;
- The Product has been damaged or broken;
- The price tags, brand tags, box, original packaging material, and accompanying accessories have been damaged or discarded by the User;
- The serial number/bar code of the Product, as applicable, does not match Nu Republic’s records;
- The accessories delivered with the Product (such as chargers, eargels, user manuals, etc) are not returned along with the Product, in an undamaged condition;
- There are any dents, scratches, tears or any other damage to the Products or any part thereof;
- The gifts accompanying the purchased Product have not been returned, or upon being returned, show signs of being used, washed, or defect; or
- Nu Republic is satisfied that the Product has been rendered defective or unusable.
- Please note that replacement can be claimed only ONCE during the warranty period.
- Nu Republic shall initiate a process of refund of the money paid by the User towards the purchase of a Product if upon conducting quality checks, it is satisfied that the Product being returned entitles the User to a refund. It is further clarified that the Nu Republic shall not be required to make any refund in respect of any Product that it deems ineligible for a refund based on such quality checks.
- It is expressly clarified that the refund entitled to by a User shall not include money paid towards shipping charges or any other such charges applicable from time to time, except in case of a Product having a defect at the time of delivery.
- Nu Republic shall make all reasonable attempts to keep the User apprised of the status of refund through updates shared on the User’s registered mobile number and email address. Nu Republic disclaims all liabilities that may arise on account of its failure to keep the User apprised of the status of the refund.
- In the event a User returns a Product that is not accompanied by the accessories, gifts or other items originally bundled with such Product, Nu Republic shall have the right, exercisable at its sole discretion, to (i) (a) refuse to accept the return of such Product, or (b) process any refund thereof.
- Nu Republic shall, subject to the satisfactory completion of required quality checks on the returned Products, initiate a refund request. If the request for refund is undisputed by Nu Republic, the refund should reflect in the Users bank account within such reasonable time (subject to the policies of the User’s bank in case of bank account/credit card refunds) from the date on which Nu Republic initiates the refund.
- In an event, the product received is physically damaged because of any means, the user is not entitled to any replacement or refund. Although exceptions can be taken only after approval from the product team and the user has to either make a payment of 30% of the website price for replacing the same with a refurbished product or if possible, depending on the product condition repair will be done at a cost of Rs.400. The payment will be done through a payment link and post confirmation of same, the replacement product will be sent out.
- In situations, if the product is sent out to your post service and still you face any issue with the product again post replacement. The product will not be replaced again and the warranty will be taken again from the same date of purchase. Refunds shall be processed by Nu Republic through its normal banking channels. Further, should the User have used more than 1 (one) payment option for the purchase of Products on the Platforms.
- The Return address will be shared with you over email from the customer service team. You need to send the product to us over the address with your NAME, CONTACT NUMBER, TICKET NUMBER/ORDER ID on the parcel.
- The timeline for an email response from the customer service team to the customer would be 24 business hours post raising a concern. Once the product is received at our warehouse, it will take 48 business hours to provide any update to the customer on the product. The whole service process will take up to 7 business days.
- Customer to send an email to email@example.com with order details and issue with product.
- Customer care team will contact the person within 24 hours of time to help them resolve the issue.
- Post that details will be provided to the customer to ship the address to our warehouse for quality checks. The checks from the service team will take up to 48 business hours.
- Once the product is checked and tested by service team for the mentioned issues, customer will be notified of the update and accordingly the product will be shipped back to the customer- either replacement in events the defect is found or same product in events the product has passed all quality checks.
- Entire process of service will take up to 7 business days including the time product is shipped back to the customer.
- In an event customer has raised concern within 72 days of receiving the product for any manufacturing defect and requested for a refund, the same will take up to 10 business days to process post-approval from the product team.
