Bekar hai ekdm na sound accha na build quality acchi or na replace or return ka option
Its really good in all looks, battery and sound quality but only problem with it is the voice breaks sometimes and then gets back to normal after a few seconds other than that its super cool and pakageing is super good
No doubt the design is eye catching but the buds on name of comfort has negative. The ergonomic of the buds its too bad that even wearing it for 5 min will raise pain in your ears even after removing it from ears the pain will persist for minutes. I regret buying these buds a total waste for money , the only thing you can do is show the design, you will not be able to use it for an hour .
Charge is getting discharged in a meeting sound quality is very bad it s bad investment don't do buy Farhan Akhtar as brand ambassador or transformer funky look end of the day it's the sound quality the price and sound is not worth

Do Transformer have a touch feature to change tracks?
Yes, you can change tracks by tapping the earbuds. Touch and hold the left earbud for 2 seconds to go to the previous track. Touch and hold the right earbud for 2 seconds to go to the next track.
How is the calling?
Transformer delivers a good call quality experience.
During calls is the audio available in both ears?
Yes, Transformer supports stereo mode during calls and music as well.
Does it announce the caller name or number on incoming calls?
No, it doesn't.
What is the exact use of that case?
The case works as a charging and holding case for the Transformer on the go.
Do the earbud lights stay constantly ‘ON’?
The earbud lights go into ‘breathing mode’ i.e. they blink at regular intervals when you wear the earbuds, however, they do not stay ‘ON’ constantly
Does Transformer have a fast pairing option?
Transformer comes with a Hall sensor function that allows them to pair with any device automatically on opening the charging case.
Note: Transformer will automatically connect to the last paired devices.
Are Transformer earbuds waterproof?
Transformer earbuds are IPX4 water-resistant. However, the buds need to be completely dried before placing them back in the case to maintain their long life.

How do I check the Transformer battery level?
You can check the battery level of the Transformer earbuds on your smartphone. Go to the notification bar and look at the BT icon. The battery level is mentioned under it.
Can I charge Transformer with my PC/laptop?
Yes, you can charge the earbuds with your PC/laptop. Though it is advisable to use the charging cable provided with the device.
GETTING STARTED
How to turn Transformer on and off?
The earbuds will turn on automatically when you open the charging case and turn off when placing them inside the charging case and closing the lid.
How to pair Transformer with your smartphone?
Before starting, make sure that the earbuds are charged. Open the charging case. Turn on the BT on your device and open the BT menu. Now select Add device and from the list of devices, select Nu RepublicTransformer. Your Nu Republic Transformer earbuds are now paired and ready to use. Note: Transformer will automatically connect to the last paired device as soon as you open the case.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Only one bud is working, what do I do?
Check if the non-working earbud is charged and connected to your device. Try to reset the earbuds and connect them, if they still don’t work, please raise a support ticket at hello@nurepublic.co
How to reset Transformer?
Before resetting, ensure that the earbuds and the case are charged fully. On your paired devices, remove/delete Nu Republic Transformer from the list of paired devices in the BT menu. Take out the earbuds from the charging case. Long press both the earbuds for 5 seconds. Place both the earbuds inside the charging case and repeat the pairing process.
Is a single earbud available if one of them goes missing?
No, single earbuds are not available.
