Hello team, I had a worst experience ever, I sent the below email on 25th July, the day I received the product but my message wasn't delivered to [****] because the address couldn't be found. I tried sending it out to [****]m as well just in case but all in vain. The helpline number was not working as well. I wouldn't suggest anyone to buy your products. I am going to post this as well.

Below is the email.
Hi, I just received the product, Order ID, #NU29427, Voyager Speed Backpack and would like to return since it has lot of scratches on the front and a small amount of area is already being scraped off. I genuinely didn’t expect this. Also, in addition to the below email, the logo of Voyager l Triphop has not been aligned properly.

Please consider this request and do the needful.
