Yes, you can attend calls with the Pulse Metal BT neckband as long as it is connected with your smartphone.

Pulse Metal BT Neckband has Passive Noise Isolation but does not come with an active noise cancellation feature.

Is Pulse Metal waterproof/water-resistant?
Yes, Pulse Metal has an IPX4 water-resistant rating.

No, Pulse Metal does not come with a dedicated gaming mode.

What do the inline buttons do?
You can play/pause the music, answer, end and reject calls. The previous and next buttons are the volume buttons which also support track changes.

How do I get the best music experience?
While streaming music, ensure it’s from good quality platforms; the music is playing at 320kbps and is within a 10-meter range.

How do I get the best calling experience?
During calls, make sure that you are in a good network zone and ensure that the mic is close to your mouth. Please note that the mic is on the left side.

How do I pair my Pulse Metal BT neckband with my mobile device?
Long press the power button for 6 seconds. Turn on the device’s BT.
Select Add device and from the list of devices, select Pulse Metal.
White LED will blink once indicating that the neckband is paired with your device.
Your Pulse Metal is now ready to use.
OST: Long press the power button.
Turn on the device’s BT.
Select Add Device.
Choose Pulse Metal.
Note: The device will automatically turn off if not connected within 7 minutes.

Can I pair two devices with my Pulse Metal at the same time?
Yes, you can pair two devices with your Pulse Metal via Dual Pairing Mode.

How do I connect two devices with Pulse Metal?
Connect Pulse Metal with device 1. Turn off the BT of Device 1 and connect the Pulse Metal with device 2. Turn on BT of Device 1, both the devices will be paired and ready to be used. Note: When device 1 is playing music, Pulse Metal can control the music of device 1. In order to play music in device 2, pause the music in device 1 and play music in device 2.

How do I use my new Pulse Metal BT neckband?
To play/pause music, press the power button once.
To go to the next track, long press the + button.
To go back to the previous track, long press the - button.
To increase the volume, press + once.
To decrease the volume, press - once.
To answer or end a call, tap the power button once.
To reject an incoming call, long press the power button for 2 seconds.
In order to activate the voice assistant on your Android or iPhone, press the power button three times.

Is Pulse Metal compatible with BT v5.0?
Pulse Metal is compatible with devices having BT v4.0 and above.

What is the BT range of Pulse Metal?
Pulse Metal has a BT range of 10 meters without any obstruction.

You can charge your Pulse Metal BT neckband via the provided Type-C USB cable. Plug in the USB end to your laptop/desktop or to a wall adaptor and Type-C port into the neckband charging point.

How do I know when my neckband is fully charged?
The LED will flash in red while charging, once it’s fully charged, the LED will flash in white.
Note: Use only the provided Type-C charging cable to charge Pulse Metal.

It takes up to 50 minutes for Pulse Metal to get charged.
